Our distillery’s story began with countless visits to our local café, Dayjob, where we fell in love with the coffee roasted by the owner’s brother under the name Kindred Coffee. After consuming more than our fair share, we decided to experiment with using their beans in a house-made liqueur — part of our effort to move away from mass-produced products in our own venues.

After more than two years in development, we’re proud to share that creation with you.

Made using locally roasted 'Milkman' blend from our friends at Kindred Coffee, this liqueur is crafted from both pure cold brew and a whole bean macerate. Two distinct extractions deliver a full-bodied profile and rich, aromatic depth.
